论坛里一位兄弟和我错误一样，也是配置文件中写错！！！
vim /usr/local/apache2/conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.confvhosts.conf
配置日志切割
CustomLog "|usr/local/apache2/bin/rotatelogs -l /usr/local/apache2/logs/user10.com-access_%Y%m%d_logi 86400" combined env!=image-request
导致启动httpd时，总是显示httpd not running,trying to start！
语法错误usr前缺少/，使用apachectl -t 是检查不出来的。

错误日志error.log也没有提示什么特别错误
总结，任何错误都有可能httpd无法启动。
