master机是用源码安装的，没加任何参数，就指定了下路径。配置文件，就添加了一行代码，指定备份的数据库。
备机的配置文件就添加了server-id=2和指定了下备份数据库。
之后master机执行grant replication slave,replication client,super on *.* to 'root'@'192.168.1.2' identified by '123456'给备机权限，备机启动slave后马上查看的时候是没问题，两个都是yes，但是不同步，然后再查看备机的show slave status \G就会出现以下错误
